Flood Resistant Design and Construction, SEI/ASCE 24-98

Would anyone happen to have a copy of Flood Resistant Design and Construction, SEI/ASCE 24-98 handy?

I would like to see if this manual references or has the same requirements as ASCE 7 relative to Impact Loads associated with Flood or Wave Forces.
