I may have lost my sense of humor lately, Glenn - but I hope you were been facitious! Please tell me the rest of the year is going to end on at least one less not of insanity! I don't mean to be disrespectful just in case you happen to be serious, but I can't imagine plan stamping as an acceptable practice anywhere in the U.S. - but then again, the last six months or so the entire world of physical sciences seems to have reversed itself in the order of the universe.
