FEA is going for the black box answer as fast as their graduate student 
programmers can write code. Someone's going to have to get killed and a 
big deep pocket like ANSYS Inc or Dassault get seriously sued before it 
stops. I won't take much of a lawyer to go through those disclaimers 
like a knife through hot butter.
