Title: "Repair of Steel Structures After a Fire"

I am looking for a copy of the paper by Roger Wildt.  I believe that it was from the AISI Technical Committee No. 8, Fire and Blast Discussion No. 4, 1980.

Does anyone know where I can find this paper preferably online?

Wontae/ Scott:

The torsion concept in double T-section is similar to Vlasov torsion therory. I don't remember
issues but Professor Hsu while he was at the University of Miami  now he is at the University of
Houston and Professor Collins at University of Toronto  wrote  a paper which published in the ACI
Journal and the ASCE Structural Journal respectively. Also there is a paper published in Annales
l'ITBTP around 1968. Hope this will help you.

Wontae:

If you are looking for design provisions, then you basically will be using
ACI 318.  Some guidance on how ACI 318 applies to precast (either
prestressed or not) concrete you can take a look at the PCI Design
Handbook (see chapter 4), but this is really just showing how you apply
shear/torsion provisions from ACI 318.
