Daniel, Pushover analysis is discussed as the Nonlinear Static Procedure of Section 3.3..3 of FEMA 273, NEHRP Guidelines for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Buildings, available from FEMA Publications (800-480-2520). The 1998 Proceedings of the SEAOC Convention had two articles discussing the Pushover Method.
