---Can any one suggest what should be the
minimum depth of foundation
in hard massive rock black basalt for RCC
Elevated service reservoir having 20 m staging ht and 4 m water depth >From my
point of view the minimum depth should
be 2 m. Is ther any criteria
for minimum depth of Foundation in hard rock. Govt organisations of Maharashtra
form India named as Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran
force unnecessary to cary out foundation depth minimum 3 m
though hard rockmet
from GL itself. Is this not a foolishness leading to national
uneconomy.
