Have you used the Council of Building Officials One  & Two Family Dwelling
Code or had involvement in the process of adopting it as the model code for
residential structures in your state?  Under the International Code
Committee system coming in the year 2,000, it may serve as the model code
for residential construction in all states.  The Washington State Building
Code Council has formed an ad hoc committee to study it's adoption by 1998.
Any comments appreciated.
